Key Features
With this visa, you can:
- Legally reside in Indonesia for 12 months
- Enter and exit the country multiple times
- Sponsor your family to join you
- Access Indonesian banking services
Restrictions:
- You cannot sell goods or services in Indonesia
- You cannot earn income from local individuals or businesses
Costs & Processing Time
- Visa fee: 12,500,000 IDR
- Processing time: 7–10 business days
The fee includes:
- Payment of all taxes and government charges
- Registration and submission of required documents
- Official sponsorship from a local company
Required Documents
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Bank statement for the last 3 months showing a minimum balance of 2,000 USD
- Recent passport-style photograph
- Proof of annual income (minimum 60,000 USD per year)
- Employment contract with a company registered outside Indonesia
- Permanent residential address in Indonesia (must be listed in the KITAS and updated if changed)

Visa Conversion (Onshore Application)
If you currently hold a C1, C12, C2, D1, D2, or D12 visa, you may convert it to an E33G visa if:
- The current visa was issued by us
- At least 31 days remain before the visa expires
- The visa and any extensions are electronic (not stamped in your passport)
Conversion cost: free of charge (you only pay for the new visa).
Processing time: 3–4 weeks.
As part of the KITAS process, you will be required to visit the Immigration Office for biometrics.
Bridging Visa (from eVOA)
If you currently hold an electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA), you may apply for an E33G KITAS. Conditions:
- The visa and all extensions must be electronic
- You must apply at least 3 business days before your eVOA expires
Package price: 17,000,000 IDR
This package includes both the bridging visa and the KITAS (cannot be applied separately).
Processing time: 3–4 weeks. Biometric registration at Immigration is required.
KITAS Extension
- You can renew your KITAS when there are 30 days or less before expiry
- If the KITAS has already expired, renewal is not possible — a new visa is required
Extension fee: 14,000,000 IDR (≈ 880 USD) for 1 year
Processing time: 2–3 weeks
Original passport is required for registration
